Deposits & rescheduling

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due after your appointment.

Rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment results in loss of the deposit. If a client cancels or no-shows more than twice, TeNazia may manually block the customer from future online booking.
